My Story
With over 20 years of experience in the field of Special Education—most recently serving as a Principal of a Therapeutic Day School in Joliet—I come to this role with a deep passion for supporting students with special needs and their families.
My journey in education has been shaped by a profound belief that every child deserves to be seen for their potential, not just their challenges. Early in my career, I had the privilege of working with students with developmental disabilities, and it was in those first classrooms that I felt my true calling—to create compassionate, inclusive, and empowering learning environments for students who require specialized support.
At Merlin Day Academy, I have found a community that shares this commitment. Therapeutic day schools like ours are uniquely positioned to meet students where they are and celebrate every breakthrough, no matter how small. Each moment of connection, every step forward, is a powerful victory—and I am thrilled to be part of a team that honors this every day.
As the Assistant Clinic Director, my mission is to work alongside our talented staff to foster a supportive and enriching environment where all students can thrive. I am also here to support you—our dedicated parents and guardians. I know firsthand how important collaboration and communication are, and I want you to know that my door is always open. Whether you have questions, concerns, or just want to share about your child’s journey, I am here to listen and partner with you every step of the way.

Eyas Landing
Eyas Landing is a therapy clinic with a mission to provide evidence-based and family-centered therapy services for children, adolescents, and their families. The primary goal is to deliver relationship-based interventions within the most natural environments and to empower families to reach their full potential. To achieve this goal, our highly educated, compassionate staff dedicates time and expertise to create experiences that maximize therapeutic outcomes. The strength, determination, and perseverance of our clients are evident as they succeed in therapy, and ultimately in their daily lives.
Eyas Landing offers a wide range of comprehensive services including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, ABA Therapy, Social Work, Family Therapy, and Neuropsych testing. Services are provided throughout the Chicagoland area via Telehealth, In-Home, and in our state of the art clinic.
