One of the first things that struck me about the organization was how much progress and growth we get to be a part of. Everyone fully commits to clients making progress towards their goals and commits to their own personal and professional growth, and improvement of our community. I was hooked after my 2nd week here when a client made eye contact and smiled for the first time – it was a huge moment for him and our whole team and his development just took off from there.
