About the Role
As a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) at Eyas Landing, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
- Providing individualized therapy
- Collecting data on programming
- Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collaborating daily with physical, occupational and speech therapists, and social workers
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $20-23/hour

Schedule & Location
- Schedule: Part-Time Monday - Friday 3:30pm-6:30pm and/or Saturday 8am-2pm (10-28 hours/week)
