- Snowman Playdoh- promotes creative play. Items include: white play-doh, buttons, pipe cleaners for arms and nose, googly eyes, and felt scraps for a scarf. Place them all on a tray, then create your snowman using the items.
- Snowman in a Bag- Sensory bags are helpful to prevent messes. Items include googly eyes, buttons, two sticks, and a carrot from your fridge. Place them all in a plastic zip lock bag with shaving cream! You can also incorporate language activities by using your fingers to write alphabet letters on the bag once it’s full of shaving cream.
- Snow Sensory Table- Items include instant snow from Amazon. You can also add toy trees, arctic animals, and other wintery items to fit the theme.
- Snow Shaving Cream Play- Shaving cream is always a fun way for children to work on spelling, drawing, and name writing!
- Snow Painting- Create fluffy snow using 1 cup of white glue (Elmers), 2 cups of shaving cream, and ½ cup of flour. You can also add some white sparkly glitter! Then, paint your snowman on construction paper.
