My Story
As a result of my brother’s struggles with learning and social skills due to autism, and playing the role of his main caregiver at a young age, convinced me that this was not the ideal way to live for anyone. It was challenging for both of us because we were not given the proper resources or aid to overcome these hardships together. For this reason, I aspire to help children so that they do not end up in the same situation that we had to face. My main goal is for children to improve their life skills with the right resources, so that it leads to healthier mindsets.

My Advocacy
I am committed to helping others with resources through my advocacy, and I am convinced that there are many organizations for children that support my cause. More specifically The Child Mind Institute is a great foundation for children with mental health and learning challenges. They provide families with resources to promote children’s mental health through 3 specific areas: care, education, and science. This is a valuable program and can help children and families on a long-term basis!

Eyas Landing offers a wide range of comprehensive services including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, ABA Therapy, Social Work, Family Therapy, and Neuropsych testing. Services are provided throughout the Chicagoland area via Telehealth, In-Home, and in our state of the art clinic.
