Name the moment that inspired you to take your career path.
I have always been interested in helping people and in learning how the brain works. I naturally gravitated towards a career in speech therapy and I am so glad I did. It has been a perfect fit for all the stages of my life.
What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment?
My 14 year career in the schools was my greatest accomplishment. I had the opportunity to run a grant program for the district and felt that I really made a difference in children’s lives.
What do you love most about working at Eyas Landing?
I love the students and the willingness of the staff to help and to grow professionally.
How has the supervision at Eyas Landing supported your professional growth?
I always have a staff member to turn to for any professional need, no matter how small.
