Where are you from?I’m originally from Akron, OH, and moved to Chicago in 2017.
What did you study?I have dual degrees in Clinical Psychology and French, with minors in Sociology and Theater.
Name the moment that inspired you to take your career path.As a student, I volunteered with a community organization in Ohio that assists individuals with visual impairments and Autism spectrum disorder. Through this work, I became startlingly aware of how difficult it can be for families to connect to the specialized care and resources they need in order to ensure that their loved ones are able to thrive and lead independent lives. I’ve always been passionate about human rights and inclusiveness in society, so my mission is to be an informational resource and advocate for minorities and other individuals who may be unsure of where to turn for assistance.
What do you specialize in?I specialize in family advocacy and care coordination. I’m also certified as a low vision screener through Prevent Blindness America, and I’m trained in adaptive technology and daily living skills for individuals with visual impairments..

Favorite therapeutic swing?My favorite swing is the Rainbow Swing!
What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment? Graduating college a year early with two degrees.
Books or movies?Books
Where would you go on your dream vacation? I’d love to tour Europe and visit all of the major monuments and museums.
Favorite children’s book? Where the Wild Things Are, Eloise, Winnie-the-Pooh, and Stellaluna.
What skill are you most proud of? ’m very intuitive and skilled at viewing all perspectives within a situation. It’s important to me to ensure that everyone feels heard, respected, and understood.
Winter or summer? Summer, by far! I hate the salt stains that get on everything in the winter!
