Name the moment that inspired you to take your career path.I was researching careers and I watched a video on an occupational therapist working with a teenager with Autism. She helped him overcome his sensory sensitivities so that he could shave independently. I thought it was the most amazing thing and instantly knew I wanted to be an OT so that I could help children reach their potential.
What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment?Graduating OT school.
What do you love most about working at Eyas Landing?I love watching our kids make progress and meet their goals. I love that everyone works as a team to collaborate and problem-solve in order to develop the most comprehensive and effective plan for our kids.
How has the supervision at Eyas Landing supported your professional growth? It has helped me develop my clinical reasoning skills and think about interventions in a new way.
