What did you study?Psychology
Name the moment that inspired you to take your career path.My youngest brother was diagnosed with ADHD and auditory processing disorder when I was in college, but it wasn’t until I nannied for a little girl born without her cerebellum that I realized how much occupational therapy could do. Her mom told me about a sensory integration camp she attended in Florida and, after reading more about it, I was hooked!

Coffee or tea? Coffee
Favorite therapeutic swing?Anything that doesn’t spin. I really needed OT when I was a kid.
What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment? Convincing my husband to have a destination wedding in Puerto Rico.
Books or movies?I want it to be books, but I’m not good at making time for them!
Where would you go on your dream vacation? A tropical destination with the little huts above the water.
Favorite children’s book? The Madeline Books
What skill are you most proud of? I believe I’m good at non-verbal communication and remaining calm in most situations which is an asset with this career.
Winter or summer? Summer! Give me 90 and humid over 20 degrees any day.
