Name the moment that inspired you to take your career path.
I have worked with children for years, but working at an underfunded therapeutic day school for a little over a year is truly what made me realize that the special-needs population requires all the help they can get. Ever since then, I’ve fallen in love with helping those who need it the most.
What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment?
My greatest accomplishment will always be the next one. Working in the field of ABA, I get to see so many accomplishments on a daily basis. That means that everyday there is a better accomplishment than the day before.
What do you love most about working at Eyas Landing?
I love how much support there is. I love knowing that I have so many people that I can reach out to for help with absolutely anything I’m struggling with.
How has the supervision at Eyas Landing supported your professional growth?
I’ve become more educated and focused because I’m surrounded and supported by those who have such similar interests and goals.
Is there anything else you’d like to add about yourself?
I’ve come to the realization that my happiness is rooted in helping others. I will always strive to be as helpful as possible, no matter where my career path takes me.
