Name the moment that inspired you to take your career path.
The moment that inspired me to take this career path was actually seeing occupational therapy in action. I have a younger brother with autism and one day I attended one of his occupational therapy sessions. While I observed the session, I noticed my brother was smiling, super interactive, and was doing things I have never see him do before. It was in that moment that I fell in love with Occupational Therapy and knew this was the path for me.
What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment?
I would have to say my greatest accomplishment was finishing graduate school to become an Occupational Therapist. This has been a dream of mine since high school and it is just an incredible feeling to finally have achieved that dream. I love this profession and the population we serve.

What I love about Eyas are all my co-workers. I am inspired by all of these therapists on a daily basis, with their creativity, knowledge and passion for what they do. Eyas has a great collaborative atmosphere where we can work together to help each one of our clients grow and flourish.
How has the supervision at Eyas Landing supported your professional growth?
Eyas has a wonderful supervision program, and a great team environment. I feel each week I have learned something new thanks to my coworkers and supervisors. I am always learning new intervention methods and I am always pushed to think outside the box to best support our clients needs.
